Terms & Conditions

• Check-in time is from 14:00 hours and check-out time is at 12:00 noon;
• Early check in is subject to availability, unless the room is pre-registered from the night before with a full room night charge;
• 50% of the one night charge for late check-out till 18:00 hours. A full night charge for  late check-out after 18:00 hours.

• A non-guaranteed booking (with no credit card details/ room deposit) will be held until 6pm of one day prior to arrival, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the room reservation and other related services (if any);

• In order to guarantee your reservation, please advise us a credit card details with its expiry date or please pay one night room charge as a deposit. To cancel a guaranteed reservation, please inform us before 17:00 hours three days prior to the arrival date, or one night room charge will be applied to the credit card number given and/or any deposit paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable;

• No shows on guaranteed reservations will be charged one night and /or any deposit paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable;

• Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us and take note of the confirmed cancellation.
